Anthony earned a B.S. in Health Care Management, a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, a M.A.R. in Pastoral Counseling, and a Doctorate in Ministry specializing in Leadership and Management. He is a Certified Life Coach, Board Certified Christian Counselor, Board Certified Biblical Counselor, and registered Behavior Practitioner. His scholarly work and publication, "Sonship: Biblical Concepts and the Need for Spiritual Father and Son Relationships in the Church" has been viewed and researched in over 60 countries and focuses on legacy, leadership, discipling, and a model built on certain character and relational principles to use in any setting for leading and developing others. With over 20 years of experience working in various capacities of the health and human services industry as well as faith-based ministries, Anthony has pioneered initiatives with several agencies and organizations. He has served in roles as director, manager, behavior practitioner, mental health clinical provider, adjunct professor, faith-based leader, and community at-large leader. His experience ranges from program management, counseling/coaching, college-level instruction, leadership development, faith-based Christian programming, and capacity building in networks. Anthony is a speaker and has a long resume presenting on topics that include areas in self-care, leadership, mental health, spiritual formation and leadership, cultural sensitivity, and community engagement just to name a few.
